A practical workshop where participants learn to relate to an organization, team, family, or community as a living network of conversations, promises, standards, and commitments. Participants learn how to define agreements clearly, assign ownership, set deadlines, track fulfillment, and address broken agreements before they repeat
The workshop helps people move from managing personalities to managing agreements between people, so teams can track what was promised, who owns it, what was completed, what was broken, what is overdue, and where repeated breakdowns are costing time, trust, money, and results.
