We are a category creator. Not a leadership training company that added AI, and not a technology platform that added leadership content. We built something that didn't exist before — an integrated system where proven, integrity-based leadership transformation is delivered through AI-powered coaching and human expertise working together.

We built it because the old models weren't working. Not for the leaders we'd spent decades working with, and not for the organizations those leaders were responsible for. The problem wasn't skills. The problem wasn't strategy. The problem, consistently and without exception, was a gap between who leaders said they were and how they actually operated.

That gap has a name. It's an integrity gap. And closing it — systematically, measurably, and permanently — is what everything at DorWay is designed to do.

Sandor Kovacs

CEO and Co-Founder | Chief Visionary Architect

Sandor Kovacs has spent nearly three decades doing one thing: helping leaders close the gap between who they intend to be and how they actually show up.

His career began with Run Rhino Inc., a leadership development company he founded to help executives, entrepreneurs, and teams unlock their full potential. Over the following decades, Sandor worked with some of the most respected organizations in the world — Boeing, Philips Healthcare, Comerica Bank, IBM, British Aerospace, US Steel — across industries including energy, technology, finance, legal, manufacturing, and healthcare.

What Sandor discovered through that work changed everything.

The leaders he worked with weren’t failing because they lacked skills or intelligence or ambition. They were failing — and succeeding far below their potential — because of an integrity gap. A quiet, persistent distance between what they said and what they did. Between the culture they described and the culture they created. Between their stated commitments and their actual follow-through.

And he discovered something else: leadership isn’t about managing people. It is about managing the complex web of agreements that drive how organizations actually function. That insight became the foundation of the Network of Agreements™ — one of three leadership models Sandor developed that now form the intellectual backbone of DorWay.

The other two — the LifeWorks Mastery System™ and the Leaders Edge Path™ Training System — grew directly from his experience watching what happened when leaders genuinely committed to closing that gap. The results were consistent and dramatic: not incremental improvement but fundamental transformation.

In 2023, Sandor co-founded DorWay™ — integrating nearly 30 years of proven leadership frameworks with AI-driven coaching technology. The combination creates something that hasn’t existed before: a leadership development system that provides personalized, real-time coaching and accountability support at a scale and consistency that human coaching alone cannot match.

Sandor’s philosophy is simple: insights are cheap, and results don’t lie. Everything DorWay builds is designed not to sound good in a workshop but to produce measurable, observable change in how leaders lead and what their organizations produce.

He is an active member of the International Consortium for Coaching Organizations and the Executive Coaching Summit, contributing to global conversations on leadership transformation. His training in emotional intelligence, organizational development, and ontological coaching has positioned him as a sought-after consultant, coach, and speaker working with executives and organizations around the world.

Outside of DorWay, Sandor competes in freestyle skiing and tennis, collects classic cars, and channels his creativity through music and art. His personal journey — from Australia to Hawaii to Colorado to Santa Cruz — reflects the same commitment to growth and reinvention he brings to every client he works with.

Wayne Caldwell, CFP®

As the founder, former president, and now chairman of a Registered Investment Advisory firm, Wayne has spent 40 years building an organization whose entire existence depends on one thing — the trust of clients who put their financial futures in his hands. It comes from doing the work every single day over a career long enough to have been tested by every kind of market condition, organizational challenge, and personal leadership pressure that exists.

Wayne’s background as a Certified Financial Planner® and his 35-plus years of entrepreneurial experience give DorWay something that is rare in the leadership development industry: genuine financial discipline. Wayne built his organization’s growth strategy, investment decisions, and financial structures with the same integrity his clients were expected to bring to their own organizations.

The creative lens means she understands how people experience brands, communications, and environments emotionally, not just functionally. The financial services background means she understands precision, accountability, and the weight of decisions that actually matter.

Joe’s career is grounded in a distinguished 25-year tenure in technology sales, working with industry giants like AT&T, Visual Networks, and Motorola. At Motorola, he excelled in Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi security, and professional services, managing high-stakes contracts and driving solutions for Fortune 100 clients. His ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver results culminated in contracts worth over $100 million. For the past 10 years, Joe served as CEO of CyberGRC, a cybersecurity and compliance professional services firm, where he led large-scale consulting engagements and solidified his reputation as a visionary leader in technology and business strategy.
